The Trans Lifeline offers 24/7 support services in English and in Spanish, via phone and online chat. They have trans* counselors to offer support for trans* people and those questioning if they are trans*, and allied counselors to offer support for friends and family who are concerned about a trans* loved one. (“Trans*” with an asterix is an umbrella term that covers all trans* people broadly, including nonbinary (NB) people and often including people who are questioning if they might be trans*).
